⚠️ Permissions
You must have a supervisor profile and be able to log in to the hosted desktop and DPSSQLConfig.

View Current Licences

  1. Log in to the hosted desktop.

  2. Launch DPSSQLConfig.

  3. Log in using your DPS credentials.

    • These are different from your email address and password used to log in to Access Legal Case Management.

  4. In the left-hand pane, click Licenses.

  5. In the window that opens, select the product type you want to view licences for, for example:

    • DPSCase

    • Accounts

You can now see:

  • The total number of licences you have for that product

  • How many are in use

  • Which users currently have a licence allocated

Add/remove licenses

Changes to licence counts cannot be made directly in DPSSQLConfig.

To increase or decrease the number of licences you hold:

  1. Contact your Account Manager to discuss your requirements,
    or

  2. If you do not know who your Account Manager is, email:

The Sales/Account Management team will arrange the purchase of additional licences or the adjustment of existing licence counts as needed.

License Renewals

If your licence has expired or is due to expire, you’ll need to contact Support so it can be renewed. To request a renewal:

  • Raise a new case online.

  • In the case subject or description, state that you require a licence renewal.

Support will review your request and advise on the next steps for renewing your licence.
