📌 Note: Use the same email address and password that you use to sign in to Access Legal Case Management.
Sign In to the Hosted Desktop
Open one of the supported sign-in links in your browser.
Sign in through https://hosted.accesslegal.accessacloud.com/AAA_xxxxxxxx/ and replace AAA_xxxxxxxx with your company name.
Enter your email address and password, then sign in.
Click the blue monitor icon to download the connection file.
Open the downloaded file to launch the hosted environment.
Install Citrix Workspace if the Hosted Environment Does Not Launch
Check whether Citrix Workspace is installed on your device.
Download and install the latest version of Citrix Workspace if it is not already installed.
Sign in again and open the downloaded connection file.
⚠️ Important: If the hosted environment does not launch, the most likely cause is that Citrix Workspace is not installed.
