You can change how users (Fee Earners) view KPI’s in ALCM by following the steps below:
A DPS Supervisor would need to log into the DPS SQL Config.
Look at what Security Profile your Fee Earners are set as, its possible they are set to Standard User. This can be checked by clicking on the Users & Groups tab, then Users selection from the menu that pops up.
Double click on a Fee Earner and the Security Profile will display on the next window.
Now the security profile to edit has been identified, you will need to change that profile.
Still within the config Users and Groups tab, select Security Profiles.
Select the Security Profile Name for your Fee Earners from the dropdown box.
Tick the item Access UserKPI.
Untick the items View All Users in Group and View All Groups.
Click Save.
