If you find that your footpedal is not working within Access legal Case Management then please follow the below steps:
Go to Google and download Philips Speech Control software.
Go onto Google and type Access Legal Case Management, go to the google web store link and then click add to Chrome.
On the top right click onto the DPS icon and choose download configuration.
Now go back to the Philips Speech and click on Application control.
Click on Import then go to the location where you had downloaded the configuration and double click on the item that shows up within the folder.
Choose Add and overwrite.
Click Apply.
You can now start to use your footpedal and start to listen to dictations.
