How to clear browsing cache

Steps on how to clear browser cache for your specific internet browser.

Overview

If Access Legal Case Management is not loading, displaying errors, loading slowly, or behaving unexpectedly, the issue is often caused by cached or stored data in your browser. Clearing your browsing data is the recommended first step.

⚠️ Important
The steps below may remove saved login information from your browser. You will need to re-enter usernames and passwords afterwards.

Follow the instructions for the browser you are using.


Google Chrome

  1. Open Google Chrome.

  2. Click the three dots in the top-right corner.

  3. Click Settings.

  4. Click Privacy and security.

  5. Click Clear browsing data.

  6. Make sure you are on the Basic tab.

  7. Set Time range to All time.

  8. Select the data types you want to clear (at minimum, Cached images and files).

  9. Click Clear data.

Close Chrome, reopen it, and try loading Access Legal Case Management again.


Microsoft Edge

  1. Open Microsoft Edge.

  2. Click the three dots in the top-right corner.

  3. Click Settings.

  4. Click Privacy, search, and services.

  5. Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.

  6. Set Time range to All time.

  7. Select the data types you want to clear (at minimum, Cached images and files).

  8. Click Clear now.

Close Edge, reopen it, and try loading Access Legal Case Management again.


Safari (Mac)

  1. Open Safari.

  2. Click History in the top menu bar.

  3. Click Clear History….

  4. Choose the time range you want to clear (for example, all history).

  5. Click Clear History.

Close Safari, reopen it, and try loading Access Legal Case Management again.
