Version 2.16.7 (28th May 2026)

We're pleased to announce the latest release of Access Legal Case Management, Version 2.16.7.

This update includes:

  • Opportunities: Client Name Missing in Pending Opportunities (Conveyancing)

  • Matter Ledger Card – Date Range Filter Now Applied on Print

  • Template fonts now preserved when editing via Online Word

  • PDF Page Format Preserved When Running Workflow Items


Version 2.16.6 (14th May 2026)

We're pleased to announce the latest release of Access Legal Case Management, Version 2.16.6.

This update includes:

  • Document Margin Settings Now Retained Correctly

  • Document Generation – Unnecessary Section Break in Two-Page Templates

  • IHT & Estate: 500 Error on Navigation

  • Email Template Editor: Line Spacing and Font Display

  • Conflict Search – Postcode Lookup Now Works for All Contact Types

Since launching the new support experience in MyAccess Portal, we've enhanced its capabilities to help you resolve issues faster and track them more easily.


We'll keep listening and monitoring how you use the assistant. As always, thank you for your feedback, this really helps shape what we build next.

Why book?

Below are the regularly scheduled courses that we deliver remotely every month. Course places are available to book all core sessions in the program and delegates join other users from our customer base. These are an ideal cost-effective training solution for firms who are looking for one or two members of staff to take on more in-depth learning and for user refresher purposes.

Risk & Compliance Monthly Training Sessions

Each month our Risk & Compliance Consultancy Team run a training session on a key compliance topic based on the queries received into our compliance helpline, trends we are seeing in the sector or in our work with our customers.

Places can be booked through the FlexPoints catalogue for 70 points per attendee or you can email [email protected] if you wish to pay via invoice for £100 + VAT per place.
