Reset Your Password
Go to your usual login link.
Enter your email address, then click Next.
When prompted for your password, click Forgot my password.
Enter the captcha characters shown, then click Next.
Youâll now be asked for your MFA details. What you see depends on how your account is set up:
If you use Text Message or Phone Call
Choose the text or call option.
Enter the phone number you use for MFA.
Youâll receive a code on your phone (via SMS or call).
Enter this code on screen.
Once authenticated, youâll be able to enter a new password.
If you use a Mobile Authenticator App
Choose the mobile app option.
Open your authenticator app on your phone.
Enter the code shown in the app.
Once authenticated, youâll be able to set a new password.
If This Does Not Work
If you:
Do not see the âForgot my passwordâ option, or
Cannot complete the Entra ID reset steps
âŚit is likely that you are not using Entra ID for DPS Hosted desktop.
In that case:
Refer to the alternative password reset article for nonâEntra ID users, or
Contact your system administrator or raise a new case online, referencing the title of this article and confirming that Entra ID reset did not work.
