Password reset with Access Legal URL

Reset Your Password

  1. Go to your usual login link.

  2. Enter your email address, then click Next.

  3. When prompted for your password, click Forgot my password.

  4. Enter the captcha characters shown, then click Next.

  5. You’ll now be asked for your MFA details. What you see depends on how your account is set up:

If you use Text Message or Phone Call

  1. Choose the text or call option.

  2. Enter the phone number you use for MFA.

  3. You’ll receive a code on your phone (via SMS or call).

  4. Enter this code on screen.

  5. Once authenticated, you’ll be able to enter a new password.

If you use a Mobile Authenticator App

  1. Choose the mobile app option.

  2. Open your authenticator app on your phone.

  3. Enter the code shown in the app.

  4. Once authenticated, you’ll be able to set a new password.


If This Does Not Work

If you:

  • Do not see the “Forgot my password” option, or

  • Cannot complete the Entra ID reset steps

…it is likely that you are not using Entra ID for DPS Hosted desktop.

In that case:

  • Refer to the alternative password reset article for non–Entra ID users, or

  • Contact your system administrator or raise a new case online, referencing the title of this article and confirming that Entra ID reset did not work.
