Access Legal Case Management 2.15.4

We're pleased to announce the latest release of Access Legal Case Management.

This update includes:

  • Updates for Legal Aid to comply with recent legislative changes

  • Various bug fixes

Legal Compliance and Access Legal Case Management Integration

We’re pleased to introduce the new integration between Legal Compliance and the Access Legal Case Management System, designed to eliminate manual data entry and streamline compliance workflows.

How it works

Firms using both solutions can now search for matters directly within the compliance system, using criteria such as matter reference, client name, or fee earner. With one click, matter and client details automatically populate the relevant fields.

Key benefits

This integration delivers greater accuracy, reduces system switching and provides a consistent case structure between compliance and the case management system, helping your teams work faster and with confidence.

Notifications

We did: Following feedback from December's Customer Forum, we've scoped a series of enhancements for Access Legal Case Management’s notifications in our roadmap. Your input helped confirm and shape the development work already underway.

In-app assistance now live!

Following our email in January, we wanted to remind you that as of February 3, all support queries for Access Legal Case Management are now handled directly within the product through our in-app messenger.

Quick reminder:

  • Click the messenger icon (bottom-right corner) to access the Digital Assistant and Help Centre guides

  • Support-entitled users will now raise all support cases through the Digital Assistant - the Support Portal is no longer available for new cases

  • Telephone support remains available as always

This change brings everything you need into one convenient location - no more switching between platforms. All users can access Help Centre content, while support-entitled users can raise cases as usual.
