Access Legal Case Management - 2.13.6

We're pleased to announce the latest release of Access Legal Case Management, version 2.13.6.

This update includes:

  • Access EVO early adopter programme - Copilot updates.

  • ISO20022 - Purpose codes for domestic chaps payments.

  • Case deletion and archiving module - manual override.

  • Bug fixes.

Access Legal Case Management - 2.13.5

In this release we have released a series of enhancements to Access Legal Case Management customers participating in our Access Evo Early Adopter Programme including:

Document Summarisation

  • Tailored summaries specifically designed for a legal audience, ensuring relevance and clarity. 

  • Enhanced features that allow users to adjust the tone of summaries and pose questions, facilitating streamlined follow-on actions.

  • Expansion of summarisation capabilities to include additional file types, enabling text extraction from images.

Email Sentiment Analysis

  • Enhancements to our email sentiment analysis tool by incorporating positive sentiment analysis alongside the existing negative sentiment insights.

SRA Diversity Survey 2025

In 2011 the Legal Services Board published their decision paper on increasing diversity and social mobility in the legal workforce.

Firms must collate and report their diversity data to the SRA every two years, this requirement applies to all firms regulated by the SRA, including sole practices, recognised bodies and alternative business structures.

Once the data has been collated the SRA will publish the diversity profile of the profession on its website, and report back to the Legal Services Board.

Coming Soon: Access Legal Diversity Survey Tool

As a regulated firm, it is your responsibility to undertake this survey. To facilitate this process, we’re excited to announce that our online SRA Diversity Survey tool will soon be available to help streamline data collection and reporting.

The system enables you to:

  • Collect and collate all necessary data safely and anonymously.

  • Staff members can complete surveys from their smartphones or mobile devices.

  • Monitor and manage survey completion.

  • Receive a detailed report based on the collected survey data, formatted appropriately for submission to the SRA.

We’ll be sharing further updates once this fantastic tool is available.


Update: Your Access Digital Assistant

We’re thrilled to share that the Access Digital Assistant is in its final stages of development and will be ready for release soon. Our team is diligently working to ensure that this innovative tool meets your needs and exceeds your expectations.


The Digital Assistant will provide expert support for Access Legal Case Management, delivering instant assistance for a wide range of queries, available 24/7.
