Support over the festive period

Our team is available to support you throughout the festive period, with the exception of Thursday 25 and Friday, 26 December 2025 and Thursday, 1 January 2026.

On these specific days, if you need assistance, we encourage you to use your new Access Digital Assistant, which offers a wealth of information and knowledge articles, accessible 24/7.

Upcoming training course bookings

Why book?

Below are the regularly scheduled courses that we deliver remotely every month. Course places are available to book all core sessions in the program and delegates join other users from our customer base. These are an ideal cost-effective training solution for firms who are looking for one or two members of staff to take on more in-depth learning and for user refresher purposes.

Risk and Compliance team over the festive period

Our Risk and Compliance team and helpline will be closed for the festive period from 5pm on Wednesday 24th December, reopening at 9am on Friday 2nd January 2026.

All queries received prior to this period will be responded to as usual. Queries received during the closure period will be picked up when the team returns on 2nd January.
