Review note button not showing

If you find yourself not being able to see the review note button but you can see the review note column this will be due to the accounts setting within the DPSSQLconfig.

Note: This change must be made by a manager, partner or supervisor of the firm.

  1. Login into the DPSSQLconfig.

  2. Click onto Company, on the left hand side.

  3. Click onto the Navigation Pane Items tab.

  4. Here you will most likely see Accounts is ticked so it's hidden, untick this then press Apply.

Now when you refresh Access legal case management you will then see the review note button.
