If you have reopened matters but they don't show when you search for them please follow the below:
Make sure that you have unticked matter completed within the matter screen.
Make sure that Close matter has also been unticked.
If you're still having issues, then please raise a question in the digital assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team.

Can you see the matter if you click on the three dots next to the search all matters section and choose Advanced Search and then search for the matter?
Matter reference.
Can you see the Matter completed tick box?
