If you have reopened matters but they don't show when you search for them please follow the below:
Make sure that you have unticked matter completed within the matter screen.
Make sure that Close matter has also been unticked.
If you're still having issues, then please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.

Can you see the matter if you click on the three dots next to the search all matters section and choose Advanced Search and then search for the matter?
