Initials not showing in team member section for chosen department

This will be due to your default department that is setup within the DPSSQLconfig, A supervisor can make this change for you, please follow the below steps:

Note: This will require a supervisor login.

  1. Login to the DPS hosted desktop.

  2. Login to DPSSQLconfig.

  3. Click on users and groups, users, then find the user with the issue and click on them.

  4. Where it says default department, change this to the correct one and press ok.

  5. Sign out and back into Access legal case management and try again.
