Build custom forms in My Legal Space

You can add forms, known as workflow screens, to the client portal for the client to be complete.

This process is done by the Fee Earner in Access Legal Case Management. An example of this could be, the Fee Earner has added a Bank contact and some of the fields of data are required from the client.

To do this, follow the steps below:

  1. Click Settings and then click on MLS Inquiry Form.

  2. Select the App from the dropdown list, for example CP Convey Purchase.

  3. Select the Screen from the dropdown list.

    • Note: The Screen is a number, to get the correct screen number open the screen in the
      workflow. The screen number will show in the top let hand corner.

  4. Click the Green + button and then click Submit.

  5. Click on the OK button.

  6. Click on the Cancel button to close the screen.
