Unable to add expenses in Matter Options drop down in ALCM

There is a setting that needs to be enabled in the database to allow for Expenses to be requested by case users.

If you can't see this option in a matters option drop-down list, please raise a question in the digital assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team.
