Unable to add expenses in Matter Options drop down in ALCM

There is a setting that needs to be enabled in the database to allow for Expenses to be requested by case users.

If you can't see this option in a matters option drop-down list, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article, and one of our support team members, will be happy to run a script in the database to enable this function.
