If you have Web Quote set up, prospective clients can visit your website to generate a Conveyancing quote.
Rather than waiting for you to manually create the estimate, they'll see it instantly. If they accept the quote, key details automatically transfer to your Opportunities module.
To generate an estimate, the client follows the steps below:
Select one of the quotation choices.
Enter the relevant information into the fields and then click Next.
Review the estimate, then click either:
Quote me - This sends a copy of the quote to the provided email address.
Instruct us - The software presents further data entry screens. Once the customer completes these, the information transfers to your Opportunities module.
