If you are getting an issue where you have edited and saved a document from the workflow of a matter but the changes are not being saved, please see the below:
When you click on an item within the workflow, make sure to wait for the document to load, do not press save first.
Add the information you need to.
Close the document.
Press the green save button that shows on Access Legal Case Management.
If the issue is still present then please follow the below steps:

GOOGLE CHROME
Try a different browser such as Microsoft Edge, does it do it on there? If not and it's only on chrome then please follow the below:
Clear browsing cache, Please make sure for time range that this is set to All Time.
Make sure Chrome is up to date, Go to the three dots and the top right, Settings, bottom left click About Chrome, will start searching for updates.
Make sure all cookies is ticked, Settings, Privacy and security, Cookie and other site data, Allow all cookies.
MICROSOFT EDGE
Try a different browser such as Chrome, does it do it on there? If you use Microsoft Edge follow the below:
Please clear your cache, Please make sure for time range that this is set to All Time.
Make sure Edge is up to date - Go to the three dots and the top right, Settings, bottom left click About Microsoft Edge, will start searching for updates.
Click on the three dots on the top right, Click Settings, Click Cookies and Site permissions, then click Manage and delete cookies and site data, untick Block third-party cookies.
