If you're wanting to have the fee earner of the file be defaulted to the main initals chosen when adding items to a matter then please raise a question in the digital assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team.
Before this change is made, please make sure that all fee earners are staff are aware of this change and that this has been confirm with a manager or partner of the firm, please include the following to the ticket:
The email from the manager or partner of the firm confirming this is fine to go ahead.
