If you're wanting to set this up on system then if you're a non-hosted/on prem client then please follow the below steps:
Go into the server that is running the email agent.
Open the email agent GUI.
Click on Configuration.
Click onto the tab Agent Settings.
At the bottom tick Split email-in attachments.
Restart the email agent service via task manager.
