Decide how you want the email agent to handle attachments.
Option 1: Keep emails attached with their original attachments still embedded.
Option 2: Have the email agent split the email and attachments, attaching them to the file individually.
Ask a manager or partner in your firm to send an email confirming they approve this change.
The email should clearly state the desired behaviour (split attachments individually, or revert to combined).
Raise a question in the digital assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team.
In the description, reference the title of this article so the request can be identified quickly.
Attach the authorising email from the manager or partner to the support case.
π Note: This email is required so Access can confirm that the change is approved at the appropriate level in your firm.
Submit the case.
The Support Team will review the request and apply the configuration change for your email agent in line with the authorisation provided.
Once the change is completed, future emails filed via the email agent will follow the new attachment handling you requested.
