Split email in attachments automatically

If you're wanting to set this up on system then if you're a non-hosted/on prem client then please follow the below steps:

  1. Go into the server that is running the email agent.

  2. Open the email agent GUI.

  3. Click on Configuration.

  4. Click onto the tab Agent Settings.

  5. At the bottom tick Split email-in attachments.

  6. Restart the email agent service via task manager.
