MFA is a security system that requires more than one method of authentication from independent categories of credentials to verify the user’s identity. Due to Microsoft discontinuing support for our existing MFA setup, we're asking users to implement a new system before 1 September 2024.
You can set this up using Microsoft Authenticator or SMS. Following the update, you'll have a one-week grace period where you can still use your existing set-up. After this period, if you've not set up the new MFA, you'll be locked out of your accounts, so please act quickly.
