Create new applications and workflow rules

Note: You'll only be able to set up workflow rules if you've had the supervisor or developer training.

To set workflow rules to hide/disable menu's or documents, or to facilitate automation based on specific criteria, please follow the steps below:

  1. Enter the relevant matter.

  2. Click Workflow rules.

  3. At the bottom of the list, enter the criteria for your new rule.

  4. Close the Workflow rules box.
