Check and Adjust Your Filters

  1. In Access Legal Case Management, go to the Matters screen.

  2. In the top-left corner of the screen, click the three horizontal bars (menu/filter icon).

  3. Review the options shown in this area.

  4. Toggle the relevant options on or off to adjust the filter criteria.

    • For example, check whether you are including:

      • Open vs closed matters

      • Specific departments, branches, or users

      • Date ranges or other filters

  5. Re-run or refresh your reports after adjusting the filters.

If the filters are aligned across both reports, the results should be much closer, and any remaining differences will be easier to identify.
