What you can do to integrate with third-party solutions

  • DocuSign - enables secure eSignature transmission to clients and third parties from any device, eliminating the need for physical documents to be sent in the post, such as client care letters, agreements or forms that need client signatures. It allows you to specify and order any number of signers, plus assign recipients different roles and access beyond signing permissions. This links through Access Legal Case Management when sending and documentation is returned.

  • Legal Bricks - allows the firm to carry out conveyancing searches and AML identity checks making the conveyancing and ID checking process quicker, easier and more cost-effective. This can all be completed through the Legal Bricks portal which links seamlessly into Access Legal Case Management.

  • Land Registry - enables you to use the portal to apply to change the register, submit applications and registrations, access information from the Land Register, and apply for searches. You can get alerts when your application results are available to download. You can also reply to notifications online even if you have sent your application through the post.

  • SDLT - a web-based service for the submission of SDLT payments together with similar taxes and charges. This can be submitted through Access Legal Case Management and will return the correct SDLT Forms automatically once completed, checked and filed through the Government portal.

  • Legl Pay - handover the cash collection process to Legl, providing clients with a user-friendly platform to conveniently settle bills on the go, and send the payments to you once received.
