To edit a particular data entry screen, please follow the steps below.
Note: You'll need specific permissions to do this.
Edit the screen
Go into any matter that corresponds with the application type of the screen you would like to edit.
Click on View Workflow at the top right.
Within the workflow, on the left you will see multiple folders. Some of these contain documents which won't be covered in this article.
Find the screen which you would like to edit within the corresponding folder.
To the right of the screen, you will see a small blue pencil icon. Click this to open up screen designer.
Here you can edit which fields appear in the screen.
On the left hand side are a list of available variables you can add to the screen.
In the middle is what the screen currently looks like in terms of layout and available screens.
On the right is the information pane where you can view/edit the general information about the screen. You can also select Field Properties at the top right to view/edit information of a particular field.
Add a new field
Find the field you want on the left hand pane and drag it across to the middle.
It will appear at the top of the screen after which you should be able to drag it around and place it where it needs to go.
You can reorder other fields by dragging them around on the middle screen.
