Note: This is a global change and can't be turned off for specific applications. This can only be done by a supervisor or manager who can login to the DPSSQLconfig.
To turn a mandatory matter or client conflict search on or off, follow the steps below:
Login to the DPSSQLconfig.
Within the Company section click on Client Default/System settings.
Tick or untick the two options, force matter conflict search and force client conflict search.
On the bottom right click Apply.
