How to use the Support Assistant
To use the Digital Assistant, follow the steps below:
From within Access Legal Case Management, click the Digital Assistant icon.
Type your query straight into the Access Digital Assistant. The assistant searches the full knowledge base to return a suitable answer.
From within the answer, click the link to view the step-by-step guidance.
Confirm if the answer provided has resolved your query. Note: The feedback you provide to the Access Digital Assistant directly contributes to improving our support content, ensuring it is as effective and helpful as possible.
If the Access Digital Assistant doesn’t provide the answer you need, click Talk to a person to automatically convert your query into a support case for our Support teams to investigate.
