Request Changes to Your Bill Templates

  1. Review the changes you need and decide whether they are:

    • A small amendment to an existing bill template (for example, minor wording or formatting changes), or

    • A large change or a new template (for example, new layout, multiple structural changes).

  2. Raise a new case online using your usual support portal.

  3. In the case, reference the title of this article so the Support Team can easily identify your request type.

  4. Clearly describe the changes required and attach:

    • A copy of your current bill template, and

    • A marked-up or sample version showing the desired changes, if available.

The team will review your request and confirm:

  • Whether the work is covered as a free small amendment, or

  • Whether it is chargeable and needs to be booked in as a larger piece of work.

Charging and Booking

  • Small amendments – Typically free of charge, subject to review.

  • Large changes or new templates – May be chargeable and require:

    • A booking with a consultant or specialist, and

    • Agreement on scope and costs before work starts.

Still Need Help?

If you are unsure whether your changes count as a small amendment or a larger, chargeable change, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article. The Support Team will review your requirements and advise on the next steps.
