Viewing Existing/Pending Opportunities

You can view and edit pending opportunities within Access Legal Case Management. To do this, click on the Opportunities link on the left-hand pane.

On this page you will see a Saved Opportunities tab at the top of the screen. Here you can sort what appears on the list by selecting the Opportunity Status dropdown to choose either Open, Pending, Accepted, or Rejected.

  • Open: An opportunity with this status has only been saved. You can perform another conflict check, quote run, or close the opportunity.

  • Pending: Pending opportunities denote where a quote has been generated and sent to the client but is waiting for a response.

  • Accepted: Opportunities which have been confirmed by the client will show up here. You can select Accepted on the opportunity which will close it and give you the option to open the new matter in a new tab. This newly created matter will have full functionality just like any other matter would.

  • Rejected: Any opportunities which the client has not responded to or where the client has stated that they would not like to progress can be marked as rejected. This will close the opportunity.

Opportunities stats

You can click on the Opportunities Stats tab which will give you a brief overview of all opportunities, open or closed, from the past day, week, month, year, and all time (total).
