It sounds like the user has posted a time recording and picked that date when posting. The time recorder allows for future posted time if that's what the user manually selects.
If the time recording is incorrect then please follow the steps below to Delete it,
from the File History screen, click on the 3 dots on the left-hand side of the item of time.
Click Delete.
Re-Enter the Time recording with the amended date.
