To make a risk assessment mandatory, you'll need supervisor access within Access Legal Case Management.
To make risk assessments mandatory, follow the steps below:
Open Screen Editor and then open any client Client/Matter screen.
Once the window opens, click on Screen Edit near the top.
Select Risk Analysis from the list on the left-hand side.
You will see a property called Required. Set this to True.
