In order to identify which users have supervisor access within the system, you will need to have supervisor access yourself. You will also need access to the hosted Citrix environment.
If you do not have access to the hosted desktop, it likely means that you are not a supervisor within the system.
Sign in to the hosted desktop website using your email and password.
βTip: This should be the same as the one you used to login to Access Legal Case Management.Once logged in, click the blue monitor icon to download the file.
Click on the file to launch the hosted environment.

Once logged in, right-click the DPS OneOffice icon on the desktop and select Open File Location.
In the folder that opens, look for DPSSQLConfig and double-click to open it up.
