Prerequisites

📌 You will need:

  • A supervisor account in DPS

  • Access to the hosted desktop

  • Citrix installed on your machine

If you cannot access the hosted desktop or launch applications, contact your internal IT or system administrator.

Sign In to the Hosted Desktop

  1. Go to the hosted desktop website.

  2. Sign in using your email address and password.

    • 💡 This should be the same credentials you use to log in to Access Legal Case Management.

  3. Once logged in, click the blue monitor icon to download the connection file.

  4. Open the downloaded file to launch the hosted environment.

⚠️ If you can’t launch the hosted environment:

  • You may not have Citrix installed.

  • Download and install the latest version of Citrix Workspace, then try again.

Open DPSSQLConfig

  1. In the hosted desktop, locate the DPS OneOffice icon on the desktop.

  2. Right-click the DPS OneOffice icon and select Open file location.

  3. In the folder that opens, find DPSSQLConfig.

  4. Double-click DPSSQLConfig to open it.

  5. Log in using your DPS credentials.

    • These are usually three characters long and typically a variation of your initials.

View Supervisor Access

  1. Once logged in to DPSSQLConfig, look at the left-hand pane.

  2. Click Users and Groups.

  3. A list of users will appear.

  4. In the user list, find the column Is Supervisor.

  5. Check each user’s Is Supervisor value:

    • Yes = the user has supervisor access

    • No = the user does not have supervisor access

You can now identify which users are supervisors in the system.

Still Need Help?

If you:

  • Cannot access the hosted desktop

  • Cannot find DPSSQLConfig

  • Are unsure about your DPS credentials
