Check for Missing or Deleted Items
Go to the file history for the matter.
Check whether the item included in the bundle is visible in the file history.
If the item is not visible in file history:
Re-add the original document back into the file history (for example, by re-saving or re-uploading it).
If the item is visible, but:
It does not show a preview, and
It shows as missing,
then raise a new support case online, as this may indicate a corrupted or missing file.
Run a Bundle on a Closed Matter (Using Xdraft)
If you are working on a closed file and need to include an item in a bundle:
In the closed file, find the item you want to use.
Click the three dots next to the item on the left.
Select Xdraft.
This creates a copy of the file (an xdraft version).
Drag the xdraft version into the bundle.
You can now run the bundle using the xdraft copy, even though the original matter is closed.
