If you are getting this error, then this could be that you're on an existing bundle and the item you had originally put into this has now been deleted or you are trying to run an existing bundle on a closed matter.
Please follow the below steps:
Check the item is viewable within the file history, If not then re-add the item to the file history, if you can find it but it doesn't show a preview and says it's missing then please raise a new case online.
If you're within a closed file, you can xdraft the item by clicking the three dots next to the item on the left and choose xdraft, this will make a copy of the file, you can then drag this xdraft version into the bundle.
