Dashboard

The Dashboard is the default screen that is displayed as soon as you have logged into Access Legal Case Management. The Dashboard will display widgets also known as tiles. These widgets include:

  • Inbox - This will display the last 13 emails received which can be viewed, replied to, marked, etc

  • Calendar - showing today's events.

  • Matter - Showing the last 4 matters accessed.

  • Task - Showing the 4 most outstanding tasks.

  • Work Done - Showing the last 4 items of work completed.

  • My Legal Space - Optional widget which allows to view and reply to MLS messages.

  • Actions - Show's the PDF bundle monitor and Document register area.

  • Aged Debtors - Reporting field that shows aged debtors in a pie chart.

  • My Activities - Report showing days sick, days holidays, etc.

  • Time Recorded - shows the last 4 items of time recording done in the system.

  • Time Recorded (Chargeable) - Report for Fee Earners comparing current amount compared to year targets.

  • My Favourites - Ability to favourite matters for smoother navigation.

The Dashboard in Access Legal Case Management gives you a quick overview of the things you want to see. It can be customised to show only the widgets you'd like to see. All widgets can be removed from the dashboard by clicking on the three-dot menu on the top right of the widget and selecting Remove.
