View and manage emails from the dashboard

The Dashboard in Access Legal Case Management gives you a quick overview of the things you want to see. It can be customised to show only the widgets you'd like to see.
Tip: To remove a widget from the dashboard, click the three-dot menu on the top right of the widget and select Remove.

Inbox

The inbox widget allows you to view your Outlook email inbox:

  • Click on an email to bring up a new window to show the contents of that particular message.

  • To compose a new email, click the Pencil icon on the top right of the widget.

  • The Inbox Widget displays the last 13 emails received where the emails can be selected to be viewed, replied to, marked, deleted and printed.

  • Click the compose icon to write a new email to any internal colleague or external contact.

Note: The Dashboard Inbox acts as a scaled-down version of the full functionality, which can be found on the left-hand side of the screen as Mail.
