Use the Access Legal Mobile to send emails and review information

The DPS Mobile App allows you to view the same details within a matter that you can from Access Legal Case Management and offers a scaled-down version of functionality. This is split into two key areas:

  • Contacts - This enables you to email and call contacts linked to the matter.

  • File history - Allows you to view the documents/emails stored against the matter.

Send emails

Emails can be sent from within the Mobile App, in the File History:

  1. In the File History view >> Swipe left >> and then tap on Email.

  2. Select a Review Date, Note and Message.
    ​Tip: The message text shows in the email.

  3. Select the Arrow to add recipients.

  4. Include existing contacts as required.

  5. Tap on Send (symbol top right).

Financial balances

Available within the Access Legal Mobile App are several reporting options, including:

  • Expense Reports

  • Time Reports

  • Cash Received

  • Billed Time

Once you've selected a report down the left-hand side, you can then choose the department, user, and time frame. This will then show a basic report showing the relevant information during that period.
