If you're having an issue where your dictation is stuck on calculating then please follow the below steps.
Restart App
Close and reopen the app.
If still an issue then sign out and back into the app by clicking on Settings and then Sign out.
Try a different network
Close the app.
If on WiFi change it to 4G (vice versa).
Open app.
If you're still experiencing this issue after following the above steps then please restart your phone.
If none of these solutions have worked, then please raise a question in the digital assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team.
