New opportunity
To create a new opportunity for a prospective client or to search for an existing client:
Select Opportunities from the navigation bar on the left.
On the new window, ensure you are in the New Opportunities tab.
Alternatively, search to ensure the client doesn't already have an existing entry on the system:
Enter the Last Name and First Name in the corresponding fields for the client you would like to create/search for.
Click on the Spyglass button in the Last Name field to search for existing clients.
Should a client with that name already exist, the fields will be auto populated. Otherwise, you can continue to fill out the fields.

Once all other fields have been filled out, select one of the below options:
Save and Quote
Running Save and Quote will first run a conflict search. You can do this by clicking on the magnifying glass symbol in the bottom left corner. Once run click on the save to the right of it to save the conflict search. You will then get a popup that confirms the conflict search has been saved. Click on Ok.
After this you should see a new Property Quote window popup. You can select the quote type here and then enter the details for the quote thereafter.
Once all details are filled out hit Send Quote. You will then be brought to a new email window which has the email address populated and the quote details as an attachment. You will have the option to attach this email to a matter once you hit the Send button.
Once the email has been sent, you will receive a popup saying that the quote was generated and sent.
Save and Send
The Save and Send option will create and save the opportunity and allow you to run a conflict search much like the save and quote option. Once you get to the Save Conflict Search option however, the process will be slightly different.
Instead of creating a new opportunity and sending it to the client, it will create a new email and send it as an attachment to the Fee Earner that was associated when the initial opportunity was created.
Once you have sent it, the opportunity will then be moved to the Saved Opportunities tab.
