We understand that sometimes, you may require third-party companies IT to log support cases regarding your Access Legal Case Management system.

To set this up, follow the steps below:

  1. Raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.

  2. Add the completed letter of authority form to the case.

Warning: If your third-party access requirements change at any time, you'll need to let us know.

We'll require at least five days' notice to withdraw access to the third party.
