To check that the client's initials are on the matter for the CDS6 Billing, follow the steps below:
Ensure you are in the Workflow.
Go into the Data Entry Screens folder.
Double-click Client/Additional Details.
On the following screen, enter the client's initials in the box that will be highlighted in red. This is a required field to be filled in for the CDS6 billing purposes
Once entered click on the OK button to close this screen, which will save the initials and add them to the client.
