Overview
After you have submitted your forms and attachments to HM Land Registry, you can monitor the progress of your applications using the Land Registry Submission Manager.
From Submission Manager you can:
View a summary of all submissions
See the details sent for a specific matter
Check responses and status updates from Land Registry
View related submissions and documents
Poll for new responses when needed
Open the Land Registry Submission Manager
In the matter, click the Options icon.
Click Land Reg / Search.
Select Land Registry Submission Manager.
The Submission Manager window will open.
Main Summary
The main summary shows all submissions made via the Land Registry integration.
The top row is your most recent submission.
Each row gives a summary including:
Type of submission
Property address (in the notes)
Matter reference
Other key identifiers
You can also see the results of all Land Registry Searches and Official Copies that have been submitted via Submission Manager.
View Submission Details
To see the information that has been sent to Land Registry for a specific matter:
In Submission Manager, expand the submission you are interested in.
Click Details.
This shows the user and matter information that was included with that submission.
View Responses and Status
To check the status of a submission:
In your chosen submission, click Responses.
You will see:
Response ID
Response Type
Parent Submission ID
Land Registry Ref
Response Date Time
External Ref
Status
Next Expected Response Date Time
Response Message
These fields show how Land Registry has processed your submission and whether any further action is required.
View Related Submissions and Documents
To see any related submissions or attachments:
In the submission, expand the Related Submissions & Documents drop-down list.
This shows any linked submissions and the documents that have been sent.
Polling for Updates
At the bottom-right corner of the Submission Manager, you may see a Continue button.
π‘ When to use Continue
Click Continue only when you want to poll Land Registry to check for new responses or status updates on your submission(s).
After you click Continue:
The system checks for new responses.
If there are no new actions required, you will see that there are no new responses.
Any electronic documents returned from Land Registry will be available in your File History.
