Use the Land Registry submission manager

Once you've submitted your forms and attachments to the Land Registry, you can monitor your submission in the Submission Manager. To access the Submission Manager, please follow the below steps:

  1. Click the Option icon.

  2. Click Land Reg / Search.

  3. Select Land Registry Submission Manager.

Main summary

The main summary shows all submissions. The top submission is your most recent submission. A summary is given by the type of submission, the address of the property in notes and Matter Ref etc.

You can also see the results of all the Land Registry Searches and Official Copies you have submitted through the Submission Manager.

Details

To see the user the information from that matter that has been sent to the Land Registry along with the submission, expand the submission, then click Details.

Responses

To see the status of your submission, click Responses within your submission. This shows you the:

  • Response ID.

  • Response Type.

  • Parent Submission ID.

  • Land Registry Ref.

  • Response Date Time.

  • External Ref.

  • Status.

  • Next Expected Response Date Time.

  • Response Message.

Related submissions

To see the related Submissions (attachments) that have been sent, expand the Related Submissions & Documents drop-down list.

Polling

You may have noticed a Continue button on the bottom right corner of the Land Registry Submissions Manager. You should only click Continue when you want to poll to check if you have a response from the Land Registry on your submission(s).

Once you have clicked Continue to poll you can see there are no new actions to undertake. The electronic documents are available in your File History.
