Share workflow screens via MLS portal

You'll need to have the My Legal Space customer portal to use this feature.

  1. Within the file history, click the MyLegalSpace tab and then click View Workflow.

  2. On the required screen, click edit and make a note of the value in the Screen Number field.

  3. Close the screen and then click Settings icon and then click MLS inquiry forms.

  4. Populate the fields with the screen you'd like to display.
    ​Tip: Enter the screen number you made a note of in the screen field.

Note: Within the portal, the client sees the screen under Forms. When they fill it in, the data updates into Access Legal Case Management automatically.
