Supervisor training
This training course will help you to manage the configuration of our case management software for daily use. Before taking this course, you must have completed the Access Legal Case Management User Course.
Once you've completed the course, you'll:
Understand how to use the range of management utilities.
Know how to add/remove new users or fee earners, add passwords, change user settings and use security settings.
Know about company profiles and how to change relevant information regarding your company, branches, private charge rates and internet options.
Understand how to troubleshoot the setup and how to set up your word processor to work within our software.
Know how to navigate the folder structure and create a backup using the Application Wizard.

Developer training
This training course will teach you how to tailor your case management application to your own needs. Before taking this course, you must have completed the Access Legal Case Management Supervisor Course.
On completion of this course, you'll:
Know how to make a backup of your application before starting.
Understand how to place additional items on menus, move items or create new menus.
Know how to amend the data entry screens to hold the information you require.
Know how to create new data entry screens when you require them including calculation screens and screen logic.
Understand how to create new contacts.
Know how to amend the document templates to your company’s style.
Be able to create new document templates and add your own letters and intelligence.
Know how to monitor work done by users and fee-earners.
