Request searches with the Legal Bricks integration

Note: To utilise this integration, please contact your Customer Success Manager, or order it using FlexPoints.


To request a search, follow the steps below:

  1. Within the case, check the main property details are complete. Read more >

  2. Click the menu icon and then click Online Search - Legal Bricks.

  3. Review the details then click Submit.

  4. On the Connect to Portal pop-up, click OK.

  5. On the Legal Bricks website, review the information then click Next.

  6. Select the property details then click Order a Plan.

  7. To select your products, click +Add or +Add to cart.
    Alternatively, under All products, select an individual search.
    ​Tip: Recommended searches appear under Potential Hazards.

  8. Click Next.

  9. To select insurance, under the required cover, click +Add to cart.

  10. Click Next.

  11. Review the details, then click Confirm order.

  12. Close the confirmation screen.

Note: The local authorities and other suppliers process the order and push the results into the file and matter history.
