If you are unable to login but you aren't receiving the initial data not loaded error, please try the following

  1. Close down any browser that you have open.

  2. Open a fresh browser different to the one you usually use.

  3. Login through this link. If you are unable to click on the link, please paste the below link into a new tab.

  4. If it doesn't work, please try logging in on incognito mode on your chosen browser. For instructions on how to use incognito mode, please refer to one of the links below.


If the above steps have not resolved the issue, please raise a question in the digital assistant and ask to "Speak to a human" to be put through directly to our support team.
