The status dashboard enables you to:
Get notified when new events and updates are created on the dashboard, such as high-priority incidents.

Receive maintenance notifications
See and subscribe to alerts for planned scheduled maintenance so you can prepare in advance.
View current and historical events in one place
Use the dashboard as a central view of:
Current incidents
Ongoing or upcoming maintenance
Recent historical events
Track root cause and prevention updates
As we complete investigations, the dashboard is updated with root cause information and prevention measures where applicable.
This helps you keep your own teams and customers informed with accurate, up-to-date information.
View the Dashboard
Open your Legal status dashboard using your usual link (for example, from your product menu or an internal bookmark).
This corresponds to βAccess the dashboard here >β in other materials.
On the dashboard, you will see a rolling seven days of product performance.
Each product shows a status based on incidents and maintenance events that are live or have occurred during that period. Statuses include:
Operational β No known issues.
Incident β A service issue is impacting the product.
Maintenance β Planned maintenance is in progress.
Incident & Maintenance β Both an incident and maintenance are relevant for the period.
View Event Details
To see more information about an event, click on the event in the dashboard.
To see any planned maintenance, scroll or navigate to the bottom of the dashboard.
