Benefits of the dashboard

Communication is key to our customers, especially in the event of a high-impact incident or product downtime. Monitor the status of your products by using the status dashboard.

The dashboard enables you to:

  • Register for product alerts for new events and updates created on the status dashboard, for example, high-priority incidents. To register for alerts on the dashboard read more >

  • Receive alerts and updates for planned scheduled maintenance work.

  • Have a central view of current and historical events.

  • Receive updates as we share any root cause and prevention measures.

  • The dashboard shows a rolling seven days of product performance with different statuses depending on incidents and maintenance events that are currently live or have happened during that period. Statuses include:

    • Operational

    • Incident

    • Maintenance

    • Incident & Maintenance.

  • To view more information, click on the event.

  • To see any planned maintenance, navigate to the bottom of the dashboard.
